Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: The COVID-19 pandemic has led to a major surge in parcel deliveries, causing disruptions to global delivery operations. Of course, we'll do our best to get your parcel out to you in a timely manner, however, potential delays out of our control may be experienced. Domestic Delivery (Australia)
We offer Standard and Express Shipping within Australia. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Express Shipping Speed - 1 to 4 business days.
Standard Shipping Speed - 2 to 8 business days.
We offer FREE Domestic Shipping on orders over $300AU.
International Delivery (NZ, USA + Rest of the World)
We offer International Shipping starting from $14.60AU. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note, your delivery charges are based on order item's weight.
Express Global Shipping Speeds - 5 to 10 business days.
Standard Global Shipping Speeds - 10 to 15 business days.
We also offer DHL Express Worldwide (1-3 Days) and FedEx Express shipping. If you wish to organise Express Shipping to your country, please get in touch with our Customer Care and we'll provide you with a custom quote based on your location: hello@hungsupply.com
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Hung Supply is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@hungsupply.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds and Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. See our full return policy, here.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@hungsupply.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
